VOIDABILITY

Choosing not to access, use, or engage with any Offering,  including but not limited to not attending sessions, not accessing materials, or not completing any portion of a program — does not void this Agreement or entitle You to a refund. These actions will not release You from any payment obligations outstanding under this Agreement.

COACHING & CONSULTING CONFIDENTIALITY

During the course of any coaching or consulting engagement, both parties may share sensitive personal, professional, or business information. Shir Shelef Creative agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without Your explicit written consent, except as required by law. This includes private personal matters — such as health, relationships, or family — as well as confidential business information, including internal operations or client names. 

In turn, You agree to keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, strategies, or materials shared by Shir Shelef Creative during the course of Your engagement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials with any third party without Our prior written consent.

Shir Shelef Creative may use anonymized or partially identified information — such as a first name, last initial, general results such as financial celebrations, packages created, increased income, wins, screenshots of written communications, or direct messages — for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, provided no confidential or identifying information is disclosed. By engaging with Our Offerings, You consent to this use… unless You notify Us in writing at [email protected] prior to the start of Your engagement that You wish to opt out of this use.

We retain all rights to reference the frameworks, processes, and methodologies used in Our work, without revealing confidential client-specific details.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

For all paid coaching and consulting sessions, the following policy applies:

Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will be accommodated at no charge. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of a scheduled session will forfeit that session and no refund or credit will be issued. No-shows, meaning failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice — will be treated as a forfeited session and no refund or credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and an alternative time.

EARLY TERMINATION BY COMPANY

Shir Shelef Creative reserves the right to terminate any coaching or consulting engagement at its sole discretion. In the event of early termination initiated by Us, outside of circumstances caused by Your breach of this Agreement, You will receive a prorated refund for any sessions paid but not yet delivered. No additional compensation, damages, or claims will be owed by either party.

DISCLAIMERS

All Offerings — including free downloads, coaching, and consulting — are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared by Shir Shelef Creative constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shir Shelef Creative for any direct or indirect loss or outcome incurred as a result of Your use of any Offering or related materials. Any action You take based on Our content is entirely Your own decision and Your own responsibility.

We make no guarantees as to specific results or outcomes. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, effort, background, and factors entirely outside of Our control. Testimonials or case studies referenced are not indicative of typical results.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All paid Offerings are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, You authorize Shir Shelef Creative to charge Your selected payment method for the total amount stated at checkout.

Due to the nature of digital products and coaching and consulting services, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued unless otherwise specified in writing prior to purchase.

We reserve the right to update pricing for new purchases at any time. Price adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

In the event of a chargeback attempt, You forfeit access to any and all materials or services purchased. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

If You purchased a recurring or auto-renewing Offering, You may cancel at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

YOUR SUBMISSIONS

By submitting any comment, photo, testimonial, or other material to any platform owned or maintained by Shir Shelef Creative, You grant Us a non-revocable, commercial license to republish Your submission in whole or in part, unless You explicitly state otherwise.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT
